Chapters 28 to 30 Summary

Maggie manages to persuade Chemo not to simply take the money and go off to Barbados. They return to the Holiday Inn in Key Biscayne where they have Christina bound and gagged in their room. Chemo decides he wants Stranahan to come to him with the videotape and will use Christina as bait.

Stranahan has arranged for Dr. Graveline's financial assets to be frozen as he might skip town after he is cited in a lawsuit. Kipper Garth, surprised at the success in the personal injury litigation, goes to see Mr. Nordstrom but he is out being interviewed for a Jai-Halai coaching job. When he returns he finds Kipper Garth has persuaded Mrs. Nordstrom to let him inspect and then palmate her breasts. Without hesitation, he begins hurling Jai-Halai balls at Garth who is trying to escape via the back door...
