Chapters 22 to 24 Summary

Reynaldo Flemm has trouble persuading the cameraman Willie on his new plan especially when he says he, not Christina, will be producing the segment. At the Metro-Dade Police Department, Al Garcia is working on getting an artist's rendition of what Blondell Wayne Tatum, aka Chemo, looks like. He gets three positive I.D.s on the man who was with Chloe Simpkins Stranahan the day before she was drowned. He is disconcerted to find that Murdock and Salazar have a murder warrant out on Stranahan.
