Summary

Chapter 1

As the novel Sia by Josh Grayson begins, Sia wakes to a touch on her cheek and shoos away a fly. She is on a park bench and is immediately a bit dizzy. She sits still for a moment and realizes she doesn’t know where she is. That’s followed by the strange sensation of ear buds, and she realizes she doesn’t recognize the iPod or her clothes. She searches for a purse but doesn’t find one. As she searches her mind for a memory of how she came to be in the park, she realizes she doesn’t have any memories at all, even of her own name. She sees the name “Sia” on the play list of the iPod and guesses that must be her name. She walks to a nearby pond and looks at her reflection...
