Claw of the Conciliator

The Claw of the Conciliator is a magic gem. It was placed in Severian's pocket by Agia unknown to Severian. It has healing ability but doesn't work on everyone.

Coin

Vodalus gives Severian a coin when Severian saved his life at the grave yard. Severian explains that in taking this coin, he became Vodalus' servant without realizing it. The coin appears to be a plain coin and serves only as a symbol.

Terminus Est

Terminus Est is the sword that was given to Severian when he was asked to leave the guild home and go to Thrax. The sword holds no magic powers or abilities, but the reader will see that Severian is willing to risk his life to keep the sword more than once.

Thrax
