Matt meets with Frankie, the woman from the lab, who tells him the blood on Gillian's shirt from that night is Jack's. However, she can't prove or disprove that the sperm found on Gilly's leg is Jack's. In Loyal, Addie finds a picture of Catherine Marsh at Westonbrook Academy. Matt meets with Gilly and her father to go over her statement, and tells them they did find a semen sample. Gilly and her father are surprised at this, and Matt assumes it's because a rape conviction seems more likely now. Jordan meets with Jack, angry that Jack said he wasn't there that night when they evidence shows he was. Jack says he was, but he didn't have sex with Gillian.
