Charlie interviews Chelsea, who tells him about the night in the woods. She says Gillian went a different way from the other girls, but Chelsea offered to walk her home. Then Gillian came running up to them a few minutes later, saying she was raped. When Charlie talks to Whitney, she says she yelled to Gilly right after they left her. Charlie next talks to his daughter, Meg, who says Gillian insisted on walking home alone. Neither Chelsea or Whitney have the exact same story, which Matt points out when Charlie shows him the transcript. Addie is in Loyal visiting Jack's old school, Westonbrook, on the pretense of wanting to send her daughter there. Addie meets with the headmaster, Herb Thayer, and asks about Jack, who confirms there was an incident. Charlie takes Gillian to pick out the type of condom she claims Jack used, but her choice doesn't...
