Jack is taken to prison. He refuses to put on the prison clothes since he is not officially a prisoner until he is convicted. Addie tells Roy that Jack was arrested for rape. Roy tells her he was drinking with Jack the night before, but Roy passed out. The bar closed at midnight, he tells Addie, so Jack must have left then. Addie says she didn't see Jack until 1:30 a.m. Jack is taken to the superintendent of the prison, who remands him to solitary since Jack won't wear the prison clothes. Matt meets with Amos and Gillian. He tells them Gillian should testify and asks if she was a virgin at the time of the rape. Gillian, looking at her father, says no.
