Charlie tries to interview Jack, but Jack refuses to respond to him. Jack goes back to his cell and Charlie calls Matt Houlihan, a county prosecutor, to tell him about the rape case. Gillian, Meg, Chelsea and Whitney get together. Meg tells them she took down the streamers in the woods, and Gillian gives Chelsea the Book of Shadows to hold onto. Gillian goes with Charlie, Matt and her father to the woods and shows them the spot where Jack allegedly raped her. After she leaves, Charlie and Matt discuss what they have so far. Gillian has told them the girls made a fire in the woods and were hanging out. She claims she scratched Jack while he was attacking her...
