The Toymaker rents a room using the Peter Manuel identity, then showers, changes, and tries to decide what to wear on his dinner date with the woman he met in the lobby. He decides on a suit with an Armani tee, thinking about Anwar and whether staying with him and his family would make a suitable target out of them to lure his enemy out into the open.

Dorothy sees him from across the bar, appreciating the way he looks. She thought about showing up on Liz's doorstep, but instinctively knew that if Liz realized that she and her primary, Julian, were done she would try to set herself up to be the next primary in Dorothy's life. No thanks. She asks the Toymaker if he regularly posts on DoggerBank, as that is the only site where she is able to find any trace of him...
