Chapters 35 and 36 Summary

Chapter 35. Oliver tells Schuyler the meeting is not about Lawrence being in trouble, but instead is about a big dinner party at a Brazilian Blue Blood's house. Lawrence finally reaches Schuyler telepathically and summons her to meet him. When they meet, he says he isn't in any trouble and neither is Kingsley. Oliver asks if telepathic messages can be subverted or interfered with by others. Lawrence says it's possible and since Corcovado is the "crossing" between the real world and the paranormal, it might be the reason their messages were delayed or not received. When Oliver steps away, Schuyler asks her grandfather about breaking a bond. His answer makes Schuyler realize she has to let Jack go.
