Summary

Alex and Henry continue to exchange emails, with the latter talking about how James I was gay and had fallen in love with a knight. He then talks about how Charles Dickens is not his favorite author, but someone his press team chose for him. Instead, his favorite author is Jane Austen. With Richards' nomination, the election starts to become more and more ugly, with Richards bringing up Christianity and race baiting to smear Ellen. Alex pushes his mother to hold a rally in Texas, and is proud to see the large turnout. Returning to his office, Alex sees his coworker Hunter looking at his Texas File. Hunter argues that spending energy on a traditionally red state like Texas is a waste of resources. Alex gives a passionate defense of his strategy, arguing that the reason why people in Texas vote the other way...
