Hayley Phillips

Hayley is a young single mother who lives at Harper House. She is generally upbeat and caring. When life hits her with hardship, she faces it head-on. This is shown when she and her dad move on after her mother leaves them. It's also shown in the way she pulls her life together after her father dies.

When Hayley discovers that she is pregnant, she has a difficult time with it at first, then she forges ahead to create a new life for herself and the baby. When Amelia begins to possess her, she doesn't cower. Instead, she mentally fights back against the ghost and her angry, evil thoughts.
