Summary

Will awakes to hear Linda, Henrik and Vanya speaking. Because his eyes are bandaged, he can only determine who is present based off voices. Linda suggests they give Will more pills to help with the pain of the eye surgery. Henrik disagrees. The next day Linda drives Will to the plastic surgeon. The surgeon unwraps Will's bandages and Will instantly realizes something is wrong; he cannot see properly. Will and Linda drive to the local emergency room where a doctor informs Will he has contracted a severe eye infection. The doctor suggests Will needs to have surgery to remove his eyes as the infection could easily spread.

The chapter switches back to Cory's event, Recreate. Recreate ended at eight p.m. and Cory is now collecting the trash scattered throughout the park. Cory returns home exhausted and in the morning wakes up to see...
