Friday, pgs. 221-260 Summary

Sully and Rub go to the donut shop where Sully sees Carl. Sully wants to be paid for his work, especially now that his truck will not start. Carl pays him and lets him borrow his El Camino. He goes to Harold's Automotive World to look for a truck. Harold has Sully's truck towed to his garage so he can see what is wrong with it.

Rub and Sully go to meet Miles Anderson about the renovation job. Sully sends Rub to buy hamburgers while he waits. Sully looks over the house and decides there will be enough work for him and Sully until spring. When Rub returns without the goods, they drive away, since Miles Anderson did not appear for their meeting.
