Thursday, pgs. 183-221 Summary

When Sully arrives home, Carl is in his apartment. They talk and drink. Carl says that he hopes he does not end up like Sully. He throws a wad of bills at Sully and tells him to buy a new couch. Sully refuses the money and says he will get what Carl owes him when Carl is sober.

Sully goes to The Horse and finds that Ralph delivered a platter of turkey dinner for him. He also finds that a man called Miles Anderson called him about a job. Wirf arrives and Sully gives him the turkey dinner platter and then calls Miles Anderson. Anderson bought a house that he wants to run as a bed and breakfast and wants Sully to work on it. They agree to meet in the morning. Wirf tells him not to get caught...
