Chapters 12-15 Summary

In chapter 12, the FBI have become involved in the case. Lucas arranges with them to use a cell phone Andi carries in her purse to find the kidnapper's location. Lucas arranges to have a radio station call the phone as though they have randomly selected it as part of a game the station plays. Then they will use the phone's signal to find the kidnapper's location. Mail answers the phone and response, but figures out the rouse and hangs up before they can triangulate his location. In chapter 13, Andi and Grace find a nail that is partially sticking out of a beam in the ceiling. They begin working it, hoping to release it and use it as a weapon.
