Summary

In Chapter 7, Milkman is found dead one day, apparently shot to death. The culprits are unknown, but they may be local militants or renouncers. Eldest sister seems to take pleasure in this news, as she thinks that Young Woman will be distraught over Milkman’s death. Around the same time, Young Woman goes to a local dancing club. She is followed into the bathroom by Somebody McSomebody, the local man who has stalked her periodically over the last year. He points a gun at Young Woman, but the other women in the bathroom soon come to her aid. Together, they beat McSomebody quite severely, although not fatally. When Young Woman returns home, she finds her younger sisters dancing in imitation of Ex-Maybe-Boyfriend’s famous dancer parents.
