Chapters 23 through 26 Summary

In chapter twenty-two, Ostin suddenly realizes that they have been wrong in their assumption that someone was trying to hide the hospital records. He says they are trying to find the seventeen babies who survived. Michael agrees and knows that Taylor has been taken to the Elgen Academy. Michael wants to go to the police but Ostin says the story is so far-fetched that the police won't believe them.
