Summary

Reason and Jay-Tee go out for food. Reason tells Jay-Tee that her brother Danny spoke to her and that he claims it is safe for her to go home. Jay-Tee is not sure what to do, but Reason encourages her to call Danny. Reason believes that they can get away from Jason Blake, and that Danny seemed like a good guy. She thinks Jay-Tee should at least find out what he has to say. Jay-Tee realizes that Reason has become a good friend, and she apologizes for manipulating her and lying to her.

They take a cab to a payphone far away from the East Village. Jay-Tee calls the number and Danny answers. He tells Jay-Tee that their father is dead. She hangs up the phone in shock and they go back to the apartment. Jay-Tee rings Danny again and arranges...
