Summary

Anamika Gurung, the owner of a successful construction company, is in an important business meeting when she receives a call from her teenage son Ramesh's school. Ramesh threatened the principal, and the police have been called to arrest him. Anamika reluctantly leaves the meeting to go to the school. Once there, she chastises the police and principal, but Ramesh is still taken away. This angers Anamika, as she prides herself on being a savvy woman who usually gets her way. Assuming the police will not hold Ramesh for long, Anamika goes home to check on her disabled husband, Kailash. She then inadvertently falls asleep and does not make it to the police station until the next morning.
