The party is set to move on from Lothl├│rien. Celeborn offers the opportunity for any of them to stay there rather than go on but everyone wants to continue with the quest. However, they must choose which side of the River Anduin to travel on. The west side of the river will take them to Minas Tirith and the east side will take them to Mordor. Since Aragorn has not decided which side of the river to take, Celeborn offers them boats for the journey. Then they sit down and try to figure out which way to go but during their conference, Boromir eyes Frodo in a way that makes Frodo very uneasy.

On the day they are to leave, the elves give them lembas -- or, waybread -- to strengthen them on their journey. As well, the elves give them clothes, including cloaks...
