Chapter 15-16 Summary

Thomas doesn't sleep the night after he is given the title of ur-Lord. When he is called to a meeting of the Lords to discuss what is to be done about the coming battle he is tired and irritable. The High Lord Prothal tries to step down and asks Thomas Covenant to take his place. Thomas tells him no and then he asks if anyone else wants to claim his seat. He tells everyone to not fear to follow him or blame him if he is wrong in his choices. As the Lords discuss what is going on Lord Osondrea tells everyone that Drool Rockworm has already found the evil bane he was looking for. They decide that Covenant, the High Lord, and several others will go to try and take the staff from Drool Rockworm.
