Objects/Places

Fathometer

A fathometer is an instrument on a submarine that measures the sound waves that bounce off of solid objects, enabling submarines to know what objects might be present above and below them as they travel underwater.

Bombs

As part of their experiment, the Edgeway scientists have buried multiple bombs in the iceberg to break a piece of the iceberg off the whole. Unfortunately, the iceberg breaks into a larger piece after it is hit by a tsunami, leaving the scientists stranded on an iceberg that is about to explode into tiny pieces.

Snowmobiles

The Edgeway scientists have special snowmobiles that are designed to provide transportation in extreme cold. These snowmobiles become the scientists only means of heat after their camp is destroyed during the tsunami.
