Chapter Two, Chapter Three and Chapter Four Summary
The next morning, Dover shows Pitt and Hunnewell to the bridge of the supercutter. Pitt shows a remarkable wealth of knowledge about the ship's capabilities, some of which are top secret. This causes Lt. Cmdr Koski to become very suspicious about the two men and their intentions. A message from Admiral Sandecker, Pitt's boss, comes just in time to allay the commander's fears. Soon the ship is near the iceberg, and Pitt and Hunnewell depart on their helicopter to land on the iceberg. The two men had estimated the location of the iceberg, and found one similar in size where they had suspected it would be; however, there was no red dye on that iceberg, so they traveled further until they found one with the red dye. Just before they land on the marked iceberg, Pitt spies a Russian submarine nearby.
