Act One: Snow Flight: Chapter Four: Airborne Summary

Jennifer tries to ignore the Cessna as it fires on them. She drops into the gorge and follows it to the Continental Divide, plunging over the waterfall, hidden in its mist. Matt tries the radio but solar storms prevent anything from getting through. Then he realizes she is headed for Arrigetch Peaks. The Cessna has almost caught up when Jennifer flies into the maze. The Otter is put through its paces as Jennifer zigzags through the rock maze. They clear the Arrigetch but so do their pursuers. Matt tells Jennifer to take them back into the peaks. He grabs the flare gun, aiming at the figure in the opening of the plane but it explodes in front and as the pilot reacts abruptly, the man in the opening falls out, left...
