Good versus Evil

The book is a classic "good versus evil" plot centered on a youngster who was simply evil with no real reason or driving force behind his evil deeds. Jeremy was only twelve years old when he killed the first time. His first victim was his twelve-year-old friend who claimed that Jeremy was his best friend. Jeremy believed that no one actually cared for others as they claimed and that all who said they loved another or held another as a friend were liars. In truth, Jeremy himself was never able to bond, though there's never a full explanation for this trait. In any case, he was evil long before he was resuscitated and claimed that he had returned to earth from Hell.
