Chaps. 31-33 Summary

Chap. 31. Katsa and Bitterblue are hiding behind thick trees by an inn in Sunder, in a heavily wooded region. Katsa steals a few eggs, and she and Bitterblue have a nice meal and then head towards a man on the contact list of the Council and on Katsa's map. Katsa and Bitterblue knock at the door of this man, a well-to-do shopkeeper, and he quickly recognizes her as Lady Katsa of the Middluns. Katsa and Bitterblue get food and new clothes and a chance to take a bath, but they have to leave before dawn so as not to be seen by all the shopkeeper's children.
