Chaps. 28-30 Summary

Chap. 28. The three of them go forward a while until Po senses a hiding place on the other side of a waterfall by a lake. To put on an act for Bitterblue, who is watching, Katsa jumps into the lake and finds the underwater passage that Po had sensed that leads to a dry cave behind the waterfall, and the three of them are assured that it is possible for Po to hide. Katsa is afraid that Po will starve to death, so she hunts some game for him and traps some live fish in a wooden trap she creates. Katsa and Bitterblue prepare to leave, and Po prepares to hide.
