Luna

Luna is the moon that serves as the center of government for the universe, and is home of the Sovereign. Luna consists of the Sovereign’s palace, Citadel, Senate, and numerous other cities and lower-Color areas. Because it is a moon, the sun constantly keeps Luna in a state of light that varies from broad daylight to a glowing twilight.
