Red Bracelet

The red bracelet that Rebecca makes her mother is a symbol of her anxiety and her disease, which was intensified by Margot's bullying. The bracelet also acts as a sign to Falk that Lauren had a physical confrontation with Alice.

Cheese Sandwich

The cheese sandwich is a symbol of solidarity and love between Beth and Bree. Beth lies about hoarding it to keep Bree out of trouble, and Bree repays her by sharing her part of the sandwich. This of course mirrors exactly what happens with Alice's body.

Cell Phone

Alice's cell phone is a symbol of connection and salvation. The women all look at it as the best way to get themselves out of the situation, but instead they allow their desire for it to overcome their common sense, and this leads to several physical altercations, one of which ends with Alice's death.
