Chapters 9-14 Summary

In Chapter 9, Ana wakes the next morning and finds Christian still sleeping beside her. She leaves him to sleep and goes to the kitchen in search of some food. Christian joins her and they make a meal together. Ana tells Christian she needs to go home, but he talks her into staying until evening. Christian then takes her upstairs so they can bathe together. After the bath, Christian ties Ana's hands with his tie and makes love to her again just as his mother arrives.

In Chapter 10, Christian quickly dresses and heads to the living room to greet his mother. Ana dresses and goes to meet her as well. Ana is nervous, but Christian's mother is kind and seems really happy to see Christian with a woman. Ana later learns that Christian has never introduced a woman to his mother. While...
