Dry Cleaning

Angie is picking up dry cleaning when she is 'attacked' by Scott Bittner in the parking lot of the strip mall.

Pistachio Nuts

Angie's father brings her pistachio nuts, which are her favorite food, while she is in the hospital.

Cell Phones

All of the main characters with the exception of Mrs. Bittner use cell phones. Angie uses her brother's cell phone to call the police after she finds her mother in the Bittner mansion.

Books

Angie's grandmother is reading a book when Angie wakes up in the hospital. The Bittner mansion has a huge library that contains thousands of books.

Crutches

Mrs. Bittner gives Angie a pair of crutches after she twists her ankle getting out of the pontoon boat. Angie's mother knocks Mrs. Bittner out with a crutch as the older woman is about to shoot Angie, saving her daughter's life.
