Book 2, Chapter 5, I Killed Him Once and Chapter 6, Apoletta Summary

Chapter Five opens with Caramon lying in bed, having nightmares about Raistlin. In all of the dreams, Raistlin is betraying him, killing him. Tika is desperately trying to get him to wake up, but he tells her he needs to rest and goes back to sleep.

Caramon and Tika are in an Istar room with a magic user named Zebulah. He tells Tika that they were saved from the whirlpool by sea elves that can change into fish when air breathers are around. The air breathers know sea elves as dolphins.

The magic user explains that there are many air breathers living in the parts of the city that have air pockets. Many of the people kill themselves trying to get back to the surface. Zebulah believes...
