F'lar races to his dragon on the ledge carrying full sacks of fire stone. He sees Nerat's rainforest in his mind as he vaults onto his bronze dragon's back. Dragons armed with fire stones swarm from every opening with riders on their backs. Cold wind carries a hint of moisture as R'gul, T'sum, T'bor and D'nol stretch out to F'lar's left and right. He visualizes Nerat just before dawn. They come out on the other side of the between to the fruity smells of the rainforest and a warmth that concerns him. Just to the north, the Red Star shines.
