Summary

The opening section is titled “Intro #1, George and Harold – the Men behind the Dog, Man!” George and Harold say they have started sixth grade and are setting aside their “childish things.” They load up all the items they consider childish, including their Super Diaper Baby comics, action figures, and a homemade “pizza box of doom playset” (7). They take the trash bag outside but begin to cry and say they are not ready to be adults and bring them back into the treehouse.
