Summary

Chapter 4 is titled “Papa Knows Best.” Petey goes home. His house has a huge sign that reads “Petey's Secret Lab.” Petey goes online and orders “kid-sized furniture,” then goes shopping for food, art supplies, and toys. He sets everything up and rushes to Dog Man's house. Dog Man is in the bathtub again. The minute he sees Petey, he jumps out of the tub, knocks Petey down, and growls. Dog Man then remembers Lil' Petey telling him to be nice to Petey because he is Lil' Petey's papa. He licks Petey instead. Lil' Petey is pleased that Dog Man remembers but Petey shouts at Dog Man to get off.
