Tracy Crosswhite

Tracy Crosswhite is the heroine of the novel. She is a detective with the Violent Crimes Division of the Seattle Police Department. D’Andre’s death hits “close to home” for Tracy because her little sister was kidnapped and killed violently. As she deals with Shaniqua, Tracy remembers how devastating her sister’s death was on her own family.
