Summary

In Chapter 7, Jensen called Tracy to let her know that a woman had reported a damaged Subaru had been left in a vacant lot behind her house. The car had damage to the hood and headlight. The windshield was also shattered and the airbag had deployed. Jensen said they were getting a search warrant to get inside the car and hoped there would be DNA evidence on the airbag. Jensen told Tracy the owner of the car lived in Bremerton and was enlisted in the Navy. The car had been reported as stolen at 7 o'clock that morning. The owner claimed the car was not there when he went to leave for work.
