Kitty Pong aka Katherine Tai

Kitty Pong is a former soap opera star who wants to be accepted by the powerful families in Asia. Kitty has offended many powerful Asians by refusing to marry Alistair and instead married Bernard Tai. She made matters worse for herself when she interrupted Sir Francis Poon during his acceptance speech during the Pinnacle Ball.
