Seth Quinn

Seth came to the Maryland Coast for the first time when he was ten. Ray had asked him if he wanted to go with him, and feeling as though he'd finally gotten lucky, he agrees. As they get close to home, they stop for food and Seth works up the courage to ask why Ray is taking him home. Ray says simply because he needs a place, and Seth doesn't believe him.
