Calico Rock, Arkansas

Calico Rock, Arkansas is the small town from which Joe came. Paul traveled to Calico Rock to talk to Clarence about a meeting with Joe. Clarence warned Paul that the people were so protective of Joe that it might be dangerous for him to be there considering who he was. Paul later returned to Calico Rock with his father, Warren, so that Warren could apologize to Joe.

Wrigley Field is the home field of the Chicago Cubs. Joe beat the record for consecutive hits at bat, a record considered unbreakable, while playing on this field.

Shea Stadium

Shea Stadium is the home field of the New York Mets. It is while the Cubs are playing the Mets at this stadium that Warren hits Joe in the head with a fast ball. Joe is seriously injured and unable to play again.
