Summary

Borne tells Rachel that he wants to move into his own space in the Balcony Cliffs, and she makes him promise he will not go out in the city alone.

They take a trip into the city and go to the old factory district, where they see signs and symbols left by the Magician and her followers. They enter building, and Borne warns Rachel that someone is coming. They run to the roof. Looking down through a hole in the roof, Rachel observes a gang of seemingly violent children, similar to those that attacked her in the Balcony Cliffs. Suddenly, a swarm of Mord proxies arrives as well and annihilates all of the children in a bloody spectacle. Then one of the proxies begins to...
