Summary

Dantala goes to see Sheikh in the hospital. Outside are gathered a number of his followers. As he is going to pee in the bushes, he spots a fair girl in a green hijab. The girl runs away laughing. He texts Jibril to say that he is scared. Later, he sees the same girl walk straight into Sheikh’s hospital room. He hears two gunshots from outside the hospital, which he concludes to be the police trying to break up the gathering.

The Sheikh wakes from his coma. Alhaji Usman arrives. Outside the hospital police stripsearch Dantala and discover that he has a knife, which he insists he needs only to peel oranges. The police officer slaps him and laughs as Dantala takes off running.
