Chapter 10: Red Summary

After telling Lady Blue about sending Clef to the Platinum Elves, Stile continues, saying that he must now seek his destiny by fulfilling his oath to slay the Red Adept. First, Lady Blue says she must inform him of some misinformation, that she lied when she denied loving him, and she gives him the oath of "Thee Thee Thee" (p. 247). She says Stile is in no way inferior and is superior in some ways to the first Blue Adept. She worries that he would die before she could beg forgiveness for her lie. Furthermore, the Oracle's prophecy regarding her children referred to having a child by her second husband, so Stile must give her a son before setting out on his suicidal mission of revenge.
