Chapters 16 - 18 Summary

Terry tells Jaye that he can perform the hypnotism of James Noone which makes getting approval easier. Arrango and his partner Walters, Jaye's captain Al Hitchens, Jaye and Terry are all present but only Terry, James and Jaye are in the room while the others watch through a two way mirror. James is a good study and is soon relaxed. Terry takes him through the sequence of events on the night Cordell was shot at the ATM.
