Summary

Chapter 1

Reid has sneaked a musician from a concert he has attended into his room at his parent’s house. The musician indicates he is still a baby. The following morning, Reid is awakened from his alcohol-induced sleep by his cell phone ringing. It is his manager telling him he got the part of Will Darcy in the movie School Pride.

Emma’s father is asking her to consider an audition for the part of Lizbeth Bennet in the movie School Pride. Emma is tired of doing films, but agrees with her father to avoid a confrontation. She is tired of not being a regular girl but she feels like her father will not understand her.
