Part 3, Chapter 10 "In the Name of the Best Within Us" Summary

Dagny demands that the guard at the door of Project F admit her by order of Mr. Thompson. The guard has orders from Dr. Ferris. As he turns to Ferris, Dagny levels a gun at his heart. The guard cannot decide whom to obey. Dagny says that if he doesn't admit her by the count of three, she will kill him. She shoots him in the heart and picks up the key from the ground. Francisco, Hank and Ragnar join her, having rendered harmless four other guards. Francisco leads the way into the hall where two guards confront him. One asks his business. Francisco replies, "Copper mining." When both men ignore him, he shoots one, and the other concedes. Ragnar ties the guard's.....
