Michael Harris' fingerprints are found on one of Stacey Kincaid's school books, leading Sheehan to investigate and eventually arrest Harris for murder.

Throw Away Gun

Frankie Sheehan kills himself in Harry's backyard with a throw away gun. Harry later realizes that the gun was not Sheehan's because Sheehan did not keep guns in his house other than his service revolver. Harry also realizes if Sheehan had had a throw away in his house, the FBI would have found it when they executed a search warrant several hours before Sheehan committed suicide.
