Summary

In Chapter 5, narrated by Nina, when Nina told Kirk about the call she received from Walter Quarterman, the headmaster of Windsor, she suggested that Finch’s bad behavior was the result of the way they had spoiled him and made him feel entitled, by buying him a Mercedes SUV when he was 16, for example. Kirk disagreed, believing it was just a bad decision on Finch’s part. Nina said that Walter had asked that they come to his office to see him but Kirk claimed to be too busy until Nina managed to make him realize how uninterested he seemed to be in Finch’s life.
