Moose/Matthew Flanagan

Matthew “Moose” Flanagan is a 12-year-old civilian resident of Alcatraz Island. He is the son of Cam, a prison guard, and Helen, a piano teacher, as well as the younger brother of Natalie. Moose is a good-hearted, well-liked kid who enjoys living at Alcatraz. He always tries to do the right thing, even if things do not always work out.
